We dined in tonight with my family and i cant express how disappointing it was.Every single one of the employees & manager lacked social skills and service. My husband and I were standing at the front to order for probably a good 5 minutes as every single employee at one point passed by us and didn't say a word.The manager is very unpleasant and should not be managing, he doesn't know how to run his job.When i got my sandwich the chicken was literally ice cold. We has to send it back to them as the chicken wasn't even heated up before serving it to us.

Honestly one of the worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve ever had.We arrived and walked up to the counter and stood there for several minutes waiting for help. My wife asked the guy walking around aimlessly for help, he just started at her and walked away.After finally being helped they were out of frosty key chains so we couldn’t buy one. Nor would they give us a frosty for a dollar- like the key chain promises.Then, we received our sandwich cold. When I took it back to ask for a warm chicken, they took legitimately 10 minutes to get us a new one.Manager walking around on his phone.No leadership- bad food- bad service.

I bought what I thought was the biggest burger the big bacon classic, and asked for a lettuce wedge instead of a burger bun.The meat was thin, 1/4 pound possibly and was like cardboard. I got a tiny piece of lettuce on each side. Nothing on the side. Paid $9.11. NOT worth it at all!Thankfully, a local told me about a good local hamburger place nearby. #smh

I always get the Apple pecan salad & request crispy chicken on the side (as I don't eat the salad til later chicken is hot & wilts the salad). Today they wanted to charge $2.00 for crispy, told them no forget it. Worker did make it crispy @ no charge (but chicken was put on the salad).

Took my family for a quick bite and received way more. Thanks to Jewels, who took care of our large order with ease, my family and I give her and Wendy's a "Thousand Stars!" Jewels came and talked with us while we ate and checked on everything. She made a quick stop a way more enjoyable experience. Thanks Jewels! We will be back again on our way through town.Kid-friendliness: Jewels talked with the kids and made sure they had what they wanted. She was very personable and caring.

Went into wendys to grab some food had a unexpected last minute rude employee by the name of Connor who very rudly told me Dont Interupt? what ever he was saying. I told him i did not hear him . Some professional retraining is needed on how to handle certian interactions with customers. Attitude adjustments is a start.
