Wouldn't take a coupon that didn't expire for another 3 weeks on 9/1/19. Cashier stated they are no longer accepting coupons.

Updated, they stopped accepting the local Flagstaff Football card on January 18th, when it doesn't expire until September eventhough it lists their address. The manager Alex is a joke. I will not be returning.

Did not honor the value card my wife picked up for the high school football. Was very dissatisfied the card obviously says it doesn’t expire until September 1st 2025 but they must be losing money. But the least they could do it honor the card until it says and not do another one next year. Very disappointing

HORRIBLE service. Makes you order from kiosk. Can only choose ONE sauce flavor for 50 nuggets and 3 fries. Lady (cap and black hair) at counter wouldn't change out because "She already handed out on tray." NEVER HAD THIS FROM A WENDY'S. Says she would have to charge us more.... after spending $60. Can't give 2 more bbq. Well won't be using this chain again. Rarely leave bad reviews, let alone 1 star. Usually have something decent to say. BAD Experience over probably twenty cents. Management needs to fix.

Kid-friendliness: Won't give out sauces for kids.

Please never visit this place, they are very uneducated and poor service, and the staff is very disrespectful. They messed up the order twice and did not want to replace it. The servers are not human, just animals.

Arrived at store location at 8:22 AM dining room is still closed. It is notated on the door that dining room opens at 6:30am thank you for the false advertisement. It is 28° out side and have 2 kids. I waited for a little bit to see if you guys might be running late on unlocking the doors. You guys had a guy taking trash out. He would not even acknowledge me and went back in to the store. I will be taking my business somewhere.

Ordered a burger with no mayo since im allergic. On a road trip with a mission but glad I checked. They put mayo. No there wasnt a long line no they weren't busy. Disappointed but by the time I checked I was too far away

I did the drive thru the other day when it was slow and asked for fresh fries (no one else was in line). They didn't huff and puff and were super friendly about it. Honestly some of the best fries iv had in a long time AND the service was great!

After the hissing experience, I started coming in the mornings. Day crew has changed since the disrespectful encounter.

Fact is when on a budget and need a quick bite to eat, Wendys is a good place to get a tasty meal when they feel like cooking it.

So it's 6.28 am. I just came out of Home Depot. They were open on time. On my way to get an oil change next door, so I decided to grab breakfast.

I get on line to order. No one there. I wait until 6.30 am exactly and still no one there. I called. Guy answers the phone and tells me he's not open yet. I explain their business hours. He tells me, "So. WE ARE NOT OPEN."
"When will you be open?"
"I can't tell you when. Sorry." And hangs up on me.
I'm still on line because Valvoline opens at 8am. I thought I would sit and wait at Wendys while eating breakfast, but to my disappointment, they are not willing to open and serve breakfast today.

Maybe he has an emergency. I don't know. All I know is that he was rude and I felt as though he didn't want to be there.

I'm waiting. He gets on the speaker and tells me to LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU LINE. "I can't have you sitting there."

"I WANT BREAKFAST! When are you going to open?"

"We got here late. I can't tell you that. That is just the way it is right now. Sorry. Please leave the drive thru."

😐Should I go and get breakfast when I notice they are serving people at the drive thru? 🤔I'm sitting at Valvoline waiting for them to open too. I can see from where I am sitting if and when they start serving. 🤪

I TRULY PRAY MY DAY GETS BETTER. And I hope corporate is reading these reviews. They need to look at a better approach for new hires: people who deserve a chance to DO A BETTER JOB THAN THOSE WHO ARE CURRENTLY THERE. Sorry, but this is the second time these native Indians have told me to leave this store.

It's 7:02 am. I think someone is being served at the window. Not sure. Determined, I'm going over to get my breakfast too!

Ok. A person was served, but when I walked up to the window, they refused to come to it. All of the doors are locked. I checked. I start knocking, and still NO ONE WILL COME TO THE WINDOW. Then I noticed the guy with the tattoos standing with his back to the service window.

People, in my line of profession, I have learned not to respond with anger when others do this. What I don't understand is how they get to keep their jobs when they do this. If I was to interview, that if I would, in the past, they never pick people like me who have better work ethics. Their excuse is, "You don't fit in with us. Bye, and thanks for coming in."

I'm 53 years old and have learned THAT'S AMERICA TODAY. Since Obama, usurpators have risen. Socoalism developed from the sicknesses of it all as like the days of the Great Depression. Professionals were thrown out of the work doors. Underscores have entered, people NOT QUALIFIED to manage. Now that they reign in the workplace, this is what we get: POOR QUALITY.
I admit, this is not everywhere, but socialist groups have pocketed their areas and are holding the job slots for their own people.

How can we reenter the workplace if Ai systems will not route the work opportunities to us based on design? How can we interview if we don't match the IQ test meant to keep others out?

Truly, my eyes have seen this great Babylonian Day, the end of times, whereas if you are not willing to pledge to sin, you are not allowed. It might not be official yet because God determines that, but it's here. Until then, I pray for decent service.

It's 7.33 am. They are actually serving now. Wow! Unfortunately, I am not interested
