Says open thanksgiving day apparently they are closed when I pulled up. Don’t advertise you are open unless you are open your regular hours. Bs
$.50 for sauce, no ghost pepper ranch. Total failure of America….

And 12$ for 10 nuggets and a fry … the fries are almost as cold as a service

Wanna get scolded for not picking up your mobile app order properly. I was picking up for a friend and saw no need to stop at the drive thru order screen so went to the window instead. Guy at the window scolded me for not doing it properly. What a petty thing to do to a customer. Not the first time I've had bad service at this location. Won't be going back. Too many other good choices in the area.

I mean, the customer service is OK like to be honest you expected a little bit better than what it was known around you asking you how are you doing or how was your morning or how did you do today or anything like that was more like here’s your food. Have a nice day kind of scenario. I mean the service was good, but it was fast but the problem is that Girl just walked right past me that that works there and just goes. Oh you’re here and I’m like what so I don’t know. I think of the service could be a little bit better.

Inappropriate order announcement/placement!
Orders placed from the mobile app and labeled as DINE IN should NOT be placed with PICKUP/DOORDASH/etc Orders!! Those orders are supposed to be ANNOUNCED with the NAME ON THE ORDER so the person knows their food is ready AT THE COUNTER!!! NOT sitting on a rack by the counter getting COLD waiting for pickup!!!
Haven't been in ANY OTHER Wendy's that this has occurred! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

Quick and easy drive through. Order taker spoke slowly and enunciated well so it was easy to communicate with him from my truck. The Baconator Junior was lousy. Meat was charred at the edges and haphazardly thrown together with cheese. I asked for mayo but very little was put on it so it was dry. I asked for lettuce, tomato and onion, The burger was made with one slice of tomato, one large ring of white onion around the tomato and one small leaf of lettuce that covered less than one-half of the burger. The bun was nothing special; it looked and tasted like the mass-produced, commercial ones you can buy at Family Dollar.
The French fries were good--crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I wasn't offered any ketchup.
The bacon was good. It was well-cooked but still chewy and moist the way I like it.
The best part of the meal was the caramel and vanilla Frosty Swirl.
This meal cost me $15!!! I remember when Wendy's burgers were made fresh and with care. The quality is clearly suffering, as are the customers.

A flavor profile that surprised and amazed me.
Went the drive through, ordered three meals. Typical fast food, kids meal, premium sandwich meal and a biggie bag. Did not get sauces, catsup nor napkins. Staff was surly.
drove all the way from Colorado with my kids stopped for food...got rude service and cold nasty food wasted money
Got home and they left some things outta my order.
I can't talk about service and ambient, cause I Only ordered online,The food is good,BUT THEY GAVE ME A CHOCO FROSTY INSTEAD THE VANILLA ONE I ORDERD
