I had Wil's Grill cater an event at my home. John and I tweaked the menu until it was perfect. The young men who served were friendly and efficient. They set up and did the clean up and I didn't have to do anything. The food was absolutely wonderful and many of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed it! I would use Wil's Grill again for my catering needs.

Our employees asked us to have an in-house party this year. We tried their barbeque first, before looking into catering. This turned out to be our best Christmas Party ever, according to several of our longtime employees. The food was exceptional. The service beat that of many 5 star restaurants. John and his crew catered our wedding, for approximately 65 people, and were absolutely fantastic! From the first meeting we had with John he was professional, organized, and very kind. He has this business dialed!Our food was perfectly seasoned, cooked, and delicious. They drove out to our location with their grill-trailer, in the middle of the desert, and prepared a majority of our food on-site. It was a great food experience for us and our guests. We ordered the Cowboy Charcuterie and Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus for appetizers, the crew was fabulous at setting up an appetizer station and passing out food. For dinner we ordered the Lemon Herb marinated Grilled Chicken and Tri Tip Steak, both were perfectly cooked and juicy! John even prepared the Tri Tip medium and medium rare to accommodate guest preference.I would 100% hire Wil's Grill for other events in the future and highly recommend for anyone look for a delicious, catered, grilled food experience!
