WOW, just had Nat’s chicken pesto personal pizza and it was among the top two pizzas I’ve ever had! The crispy crust is unique and phenomenal. The toppings were first rate. I hope this chain comes to the Dallas area. Will stop by for the magherita on my drive back. WOW!

*I've returned a few times since my review below and the service has definitely improved! Stars added to the rating.Returning again and again, giving countless "second chances," is my own mistake. This place always messes up my order somehow. I really mean ALWAYS.I usually order on the app. I always arrive at least 10 minutes after the "order ready" time, and more often than not, they haven't even started it yet, so I have to wait another 20+ at the restaurant. This is the case even on slow evenings. The quality of the pizza itself is not great either, sometimes awful (extremely scant toppings, wrong toppings, burnt, etc). They've recently established a "pick up area" for online orders which is a minor improvement from the chaos they had previously, but it's still pretty frustrating to flag someone down.I've never seen anyone who looks like an adult working here. Not to be ageist, but perhaps it would be prudent to have some sort of capable adult management. These kids always look (and act) flustered and lost.

I'm a senior Flagstaff resident and long-time business development manager, and I've worked with GMs, Owners, Executives, and HR representatives. I've built successful teams and I've always been one to accept my faults and I think it's time Lisa accepts hers. For an owner, I've never seen anyone so blatantly rude to their staff and financial team. You can tell it's not the place it used to be. I've sat down and talked with some of the staff. All said the same thing it's too strict. They have a no-phone policy, which is fine when you're in the military contractor business or as a doctor but these are young men and women most are in college. If something happened to a family member and they couldn't get there on time that's 100% the owner's fault. The staff feel like they are unheard and there is a high percentage of employees that feel the owner favors certain employees over others which if you're a local and have dined more than a few times will understand why and how that's an issue. (Never employ family members) not coming back for a while Lisa a long long while. Place is a nightmare

One thing's for sure, the way they handle dough is probably the best of the "build your own" Pizza franchises. When the four of us ordered, three of us got our pizzas quickly, they were done well, and the taste was fantastic. The crew needs to grow in it's communication with each other, as we ordered a gluten-free "allergy" pizza, which is different than a gluten-free "preference" Pizza. They ended up making the pizza three times, with the third one finally being the proper allergy gluten-free method. We got the pizza about an hour after we made the order and got it to go. When it was finally done and sorted out it was a good pie and my wife was very happy with it giving her dietary limitations. The young man who gave us the allergy / gluten-free pie finally was polite and apologetic. I don't think the rest of the crew understood / communicated very well in this context and that would be the only feedback I would offer. Perhaps choose a specific individual in every shift that is in charge of allergy / gluten-free pizzas and make it clear who is accountable for the making pies that are allergy / gluten free? Something should change in the process is all I'm saying. At the end of the day, when we visit Flagstaff again, we'll probably come back to this place because it's overall very good and you can't blame a crew for missing a beat once in awhile.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free pizzas, as well as dairy-free options, thus it's the perfect place for my wife who is both gluten-free and dairy-free, and she says great things about the food she's gotten here. I think it's great that they offer a gluten-free/preference versus a gluten-free/allergy, showing that the management understands how specific they need to be when they're making an allergy-free pizza versus something that's a dietary choice / preference. If you have these limitations or similar limitations this is a great spot, from our experience their toppings are fresh and top notch. Like anything that's a specialty, it might take some extra time for you to get your food, but I would say it's worth the wait. At least my wife seemed happy :-)

I forget about this place because it's on the others ode of town for me, and I was pleasantly surprised they had vegan gluten free options. Their GF crust is vegan and they have Vegan cheese and beyond meat sausage. They are very considerate about handling gluten free food in the back, however, it is a pizza place, might not be ideal for celiac due to potential for cross contamination of the ovens. The server was very nice to check the beyond sausage ingredients. When you order GF, it does take longer to get food because they assemble it in the back and try to clean the oven.Since I wrote this review I've been to Your Pie a few times and noticed I need at least 90mins to 2hrs. About 15mins to be in line, about 30 to 45 for my pizza, and then another 15 to 45 mins for them to remake or refund my order. Each time I've been here, my order is incorrect. I think it's because they have to write my order down and then make it in back by someone interpreting another person's handwriting.I really don't like to complain, but when I order a $20 10in pizza I expect to be able to eat it and ideally enjoy it because I got what I asked for.Fortunately the team is kind when I explain what happened, but it takes a lot of time to talk to talk with someone. I never chose to co.e here because I don't get to typically eat with my family since I'm dealing with the order.Vegetarian options: Gf crust is vegan. Have beyond meat sausage and vegan cheese.

We were on the road from Arizona to Texas and stopped by here randomly. I was looking for a wood fired gluten free pizza option and thats how we found this place. The pizza was very delicious.

Never got to try the food. They use uber eats that never delivered the food. Could not get the driver to answer. Then he (Tyree O) blocked my number. Your pie said they use door dash, not accurate. I'm still hungry.Called Uber, no help. Everyone from your pie to uber was useless.I will not support either.

Food is amazing! My pizza was great and my husbands everything pasta was bomb!Their customer service is even better! We ordered online and our Uber eats delivery driver delivered it to the wrong hotel. We couldn’t get it resolved with Uber eats but we called Your Pie and put an order in for pickup, when my husband went in to pickup our order the worker remembered me calling and what happened and took care of us really well! Thanks so much for turning our night around! We really appreciate it!

Pleasantly filling! I got the 7” Lil Pie, topped with 3 different cheeses & more veggies than they could count; wheat dough. It was exactly the right amount crispy & melted. But what really made the difference for me? Gelato. Which I really did not see coming… Much less, cinnamon gelato! I started eating it before the pizza!! Long wooden tables for a big gang of peeps. My only regret is not getting 1 size up. I’ll definitely come back!Vegetarian options: I got my pizza with no meat, and didn’t feel like anything was missing!

I have come here multiple times with online orders and they have never even started the food by the time I come. The food is fine, but the service is terrible always, with no exception.
