I have never been to such an outstanding restaurant. The service is truly next level — you walk in the door and are greeted immediately with a friendly smile. A live piano player sets the perfect atmosphere as you’re seated and treated like royalty.
The food was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere, and the prices were surprisingly great for the quality. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive, and genuinely kind.
All I can say is thank you for the amazing meal, the music, and the way my wife and I were treated. Don’t let any negative reviews steer you away — this place is an absolute must-visit.

I had the rack of lamb and my husband had the short ribs. We were both very pleased with our food. Portions were big which allowed us to take some home. They even bring out a bread basket with perfect softened butter.

The steak was outstanding: a great cut of prime choice beef that was perfectly prepared. Definitely the highlight of rhe visit.. Aside from that the dining experience was very so-so, with a poor wine list, day-old bread. Service was polite and professional - no complaint there at all, but the place just didn't wow us the way you'd want for a $200 meal for two. 5 starts for the steak, 4 for the service and 2 - 3 for the ambiance and overall dining experience.

Unfortunately our waiter was very inept. We finally had to stop another waiter to ask him to find ours so we could have another drink because we had not seen him in 15 mins. When our food came, the steak was lukewarm and the potato was hard and lacked probably another 30 mins of cooking. By the time the waiter finally came back to see how things were, I had finished my steak by itself. He took the potato and didn't even ask if I would like another side. Of course I had finished. My husband's chicken piccata was so tough he had to borrow my steak knife. There was a sign on the table about it being my husband's birthday but our waiter never even acknowledged it. Such a disappointment and waste of money. The hotel and staff however are excellent in every way.

Great food sand service. Rack of Lamb and Filet Mignon wonderful. Very large serving. Banana Fosters was also good. Everything was 5 stars.

Our drinks took a very long time to get, seemed like our waiter had way too many tables for one person, I was finished with my meal by the time I got the wine I ordered with dinner, the French onion soup was overcooked and tasted burnt, one of our guests steaks was over cooked, he ordered rare and was very specific he wanted very rare and it was medium. The waiter was very nice but never checked on how our food was and because there were 6 of us I guess he didn't feel the need to, because a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the check so it didn't matter what kind of service we received. We have been to the restaurant several times because we live in Flagstaff and it's always a special treat, but this time it was rather disappointing.

Terrible service. Our waitress was rude and not very friendly or attentive. Didn't even ask if we cared for dessert. My wife enjoyed her salmon. But when I pay $70 for a steak I do not want a cut from Walmart.

Best steakhouse I’ve ever had. Steaks are the absolute best, moist and extremely tender. The sides, mashed potatoes and asparagus are fantastic. Atmosphere to service to food, is all simply exquisite. I will never stop recommending this place.

I’m a permanent resident of Flagstaff. Prior to moving here I lived in Los Angeles. The difference in food between Los Angeles and Flagstaff is dramatic. The worst restaurant in LA is better than the best restaurant in Flagstaff. I have gotten used to mediocre food and crappy service here in rown. My friend had a bad day and I offered to take her out for dinner and drinks. Someone highly recommend this restaurant. What an unbelievable treat! It was the first time in two years that I had a perfect dining experience the food was incredible. The service was incredible. The atmosphere was lovely. They had a pianist who played well and was singing well. It was just a magical night. I will be back every quarter. I’m retired so I can’t do this kind of thing every month. It’s worth the drive and it will transport you out of Flagstaff’s Dining mediocrity. If you enjoy fine dining and if you can afford to spend a little bit of money, this is the place! I honestly was reminiscing while I was in there about how many good meals I’ve had and this was up there!!! Highly, highly recommend.

Went in not knowing what to expect. Came out beyond surprised. Atmosphere was fabulous for an intimate dinner with loved ones. Not overly loud or to quiet. Food OUTSTANDING! best steak I have every had. Price was also wonderful for the quantity and quality of food. We will be frequently returning for all our family celebrations.
