Where to start, the waitress is very nice, and super quick, the food came out pretty fast, and above all the food is amazing. I got the Chiliquelles (forgive my spelling) and it was out of this world good! I am used to mexican food from Tucson and Rockypoint mexico, and this was just as good if not better. I wish I could give them more stars, because 100% they deserve 8 out of 5.Really it's just crazy how good this place is.

Update: After seeing how much doesnt match menu pricing, i have officially submitted a consumer complaint with the state of arizona.I gave this place another shot, as I wish taco bell wasn't the only other convenient option for Mexican food. But yet again, was disappointed. The Pollo Asado is listed as a burrito with: Chicken Lettuce Rice and Sour cream. Take a bite and it's a mouth full of thick chucked chicken with lots of tendons still in, hardly any rice, 0 lettuce and only 1 part of the Burrito had sour cream, and it was only a dollop. Sucks because jalapeños used to be THE spot for great Mexican food. Now taco bell beats them any day.

I decided to try this place while driving through. My god the service from a young women named SHY was amazing. She made me feel like I was at home, so kind caring and polite. It's a 45 minute round trip. So when they kept screwing up my order 3 months ago I stopped going. Gave them another chance last night and the lady working the drive through was very rude to my daughter and 2 of 3 orders were wrong. She ordered 2 beef and bean burritos, super simple, got home and they gave her 2 rice and bean burritos. Never again will I go back there.

Our party of five waited for nearly thirty minutes before we were given menus. When we got up to leave, our presence was finally acknowledged by a waitress who seemed annoyed we were even there.The food was so-so. My son ordered a sprite that tasted off, almost like a mildew. He later became violently ill, purging the undoubtedly tainted soda.Give it a shot if you prefer terrible service, mediocre food, and like to gamble your child's health, welfare, and safety.

I always love coming here when I'm in Florence. The staff are friendly and the good is delicious! It was recommended to me by the guys at the army base, and I'm glad they did. I had the Juevos Mexicanas, and it was even better than juecos Rancheros. Always will come back here!
