This place is fun! Good food! Staff are terrific…trivia nite won second! Need nicer tables (to low can’t cross your legs under table)and benches as they are hard on OLD SENIOR buttes and bones.Other then crummy decor, this place rocks!

The Irish Cowboy is a fun restaurant with friendly staff and great food. The Shepherd's Pie and Corned Beef and Cabbage are highly recommended, with the shepherd's pie made with ground lamb and the corned beef praised as some of the best ever. The menu offers a pretty authentic Irish experience, including drinks and dishes like black and white pudding, which is actually sausage—one regular, one made with pigs blood. While the decor may be lacking, the portion sizes are perfect and the prices are fair. The restaurant is located in old town Florence and provides a cozy atmosphere. The service is attentive and accommodating to customers' humorous requests. Although seating could be improved for more comfort, the lively karaoke nights and friendly staff make it a popular spot. Overall, it is a nice place to dine and customers are likely to return for more.
