I wanted to share feedback on my recent visit.
Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling quite dissatisfied: • We weren’t greeted upon arrival and waited several minutes without acknowledgment. • I ultimately had to request seating, even though the sign instructed us to “Please wait to be seated.” • Once seated, I felt rushed and uncomfortable throughout the visit.
I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the guest experience in the future.

Horrible service. My food was brought to the table when I was in the restroom with my 3 year old, so I had no idea the jalapeno cream that I ordered (looked like a blob of sour cream and was served with my daughter’s food -taquitos-instead of mine) was placed on the table. When I’m charged for it, I expressed that no one told me it was brought out and while I thought it was just regular sour cream, another waitress came and pointed it out in a bowl on a dirty stack of plates and told me she had no way to void it. On top of that, I have NEVER been charged $6 for a single taco. Otherwise, my waitress had really good suggestions and the burrito she helped me build was good, but I will definitely not be returning.

This has been my favorite place to eat when in Florence for over 25 years. I love love love the fundido!!! You can't get those anywhere else. Well, you can, but they can't compare to L&B's fundidos.
I love this place! Outside is nice and shady, inside is easy on the eyes and relaxful, plus all the staff and cooks are cool! Food is not only filling but reasonable prices!

Great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. Very friendly waitresses and the quality of the food is great. Nice place to sit down and eat. I didn't take pictures but the place is nice and in good condition. Excellent service!

The food and service is so great and priced fairly! If you’re gonna get Mexican food in Florence, this is the place to go! I gave atmosphere a 3 just because it could use some sprucing up here and there but still so cozy and cute!

Awful. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon with my Mom and disabled stepdad (with a walker). Waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes. Not a single person came to welcome or get us a table. Noticed the host was hiding from us, yet watching us from the kitchen door window. We asked the cook if they were open to which they said “yes” and then promptly heard the host yell at us from the doorway “if you want to eat, then sit down!” We were just going by the instructions at the door “wait to be seated.” The host continued to ignore us and make us feel like an inconvenience. To which we asked if we were inconveniencing them (which seem unlikely considering there were only 2 other patrons in the dining room), and they yelled “pick a table!” Never made eye contact or actually acknowledged us . To make matters worse, we had just picked up the cremations of our dog so we were already in poor spirits and out to celebrate her life. Secondly, my stepdad… who can hardly walk… struggled to get into the restaurant, was treated so poorly. I can only imagine what they would’ve done to our food if we had stayed. So incredibly disappointed by the service we received. I would not recommend. Ever!
