This is the McDonald's by the jail, prison and detention center of Pinal County. Inmates from the facilities are released almost round the clock at any given time. Other than that, it's your typical McD's!

I had not been to a McDonald's in 15 years. Ordered a chicken breast sandwich and immediately remembered why. At first I thought i thought my order had been messed up. My sandwich didn't look anything like the photo on the menu. It almost looked run over.

Terrible service. If you're not using the app, or the kiosk, the workers ignored us standing at the register. They make it hard to support having employees vs automation.

I ordered a Spicy mcChicken with light mayonnaise. A four piece chicken nugget with buffalo sauce. I was given a spicy McChicken extra mayonnaise with cheese added, and the sauce I got was barbecue?? Please pull it together working at McDonald’s isn’t that hard.
I put in an order at 9:11am and sat/waited for it to be called out. I dont like crowds but the drive through was packed and not moving. They called out many numbers, but not my own. I noticed after another number was called, a bag with my number was placed on wait. The red haired girl working alone in front claimed to be new and was obviously being overworked. It took 25 minutes to get her attention and when I did she argued with me about how I must have been in the bathroom so I missed her call out. I never used the restroom. She continued that she couldn't have made a mistake, and it's all my fault for not listening. I tried to give her leeway and say that she is clearly dealing with a lot, and I've watched her make mistakes in front of me. She was condescending and talked over me repeatedly.
The manager was onsite, and the place still looked like it couldn't handle 3 orders at once without getting stuck.

I was stopping in through the drive-thru and the customer care was great very polite my food was done right to order which was very pleasant for McDonald's these days I was very pleased

Rarely opens on time. Try 4:45 am not 4 am as they state. Can't depend opening to if must go to work early.
