I come here weekly and Amanda noticed that my normal order came through incorrectly. She made a point to ask me if my order was correct, pointed out the error, then corrected my order before the order was made or paid for. She works the 1st window of the drive through on weekly mornings with smile and her customer service is outstanding. She deserves recognition.
This is the McDonald's by the jail, prison and detention center of Pinal County. Inmates from the facilities are released almost round the clock at any given time. Other than that, it's your typical McD's!
I was stopping in through the drive-thru and the customer care was great very polite my food was done right to order which was very pleasant for McDonald's these days I was very pleased
