They never get my order right. I have gone twice and I want the turkey italiano and asked for it in person and they put ham on it then i did a special request for the ham to be swapped with the turkey and again got ham. I hate ham.

This was a return visit. I took my son. As usual, the place was clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and the employees were professionally friendly. I will be revisiting this Subway outlet in Florence AZ.

On 6/27/2024 @ 4:26pm, we arrived this location and noticed the husky worker had a very bad case of dandruff so bad it looked like he graded parmesan cheese on his head to the point as he walked it looked like it was snowing, this is a big health concern. He should at least be wearing a hair net but don't know if that would be enough. Disgusting.
Put in a pickup order for 4 sandwiches with ample time between my order being placed and the pick up (~25 minutes). Had to wait 16 minutes over that time. Very disappointed that the store isn't properly staffed to handle 4 sandwiches on time. The maker didn't fufill the request of labeling the sandwiches

I ordered a deluxe steak at cheese with onions and less green peppers. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the portions. I’ve had more meat in my sandwich when it wasn’t deluxe. I never have problems when I order in person but feel like my sandwich is shorted when I’m not present. This isn’t my first experience like this so I feel like this review is valid.
Subway is a good snack not good quality sandwiches.

The teriyaki blitz! That's where it's at. Legit the best sandwich I've ever had, and I travel for a living and I eat a ton of sandwiches. It wouldn't have been so amazing without the help tho! The girls were super n8ce and really paid attention to their art! 100 ⭐️
