Ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos, having to repeat myself multiple times to the cashier as he kept getting it wrong! Sadly, I got 2 grilled cheese burritos that I was unable to eat due to dietary restrictions and was not about to drive the 7 miles back into town to tell them it was wrong and be treated disrespectfully again, so my dogs enjoyed them. Also the cheese cup for my nacho fries wasn’t even half full, what a waste of time and money.

Got two burritos and removed everything but two things, yet it came up wrong on their system. Lady was a bit rude about it, but the food is fine. This Taco Bell always gets orders wrong so its not the end of the world, just double check before leaving. This isnt the first time its happened.

Made online order and pulled into the drive thru. No one answers the drive thru speaker so I drove to the window and got told I needed to wait by the speaker until told to pull forward. When I told him no one answered the speaker to tell me anything I was told they didn't hear me. I'm in a ram 2500 diesel, run that by me again about not hearing me.

I’d rate the food but never got my order, after 40 mins of waiting for some sort of activity on my order I got nothing so I call the Taco Bell I placed my order with via the Taco Bell app and was greeted and treated with an attitude and condescending unwilling to help tone. Did not catch the woman’s name as she quickly ended the call after assuring me she could be of no help, and my food was made. I understand it’s not her fault that apparently there was no door dasher but the unwillingness to help direct me to someone that could was not what I needed. This is the second time this happened with this location. Now I’m out of money I could’ve saved, and have no food to show for it. I was told Taco Bell wouldn’t be responsible for my refund, so then calling doordash support I’m now told that they don’t do the refund, Taco Bell does….SO WHICH IS IT?! This area sucks!
