Absolutely worth the drive out to Florence. These confidently are the BEST wings I have ever had. They are smoked and fried (unsure what order) and great size! Did some absolute damage here and will do it again in the near future.

This was my first visit to Your Behind BBQ Birds and Bones. I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome the atmosphere was. You could see awards all around the restaurant that this restaurant has won. And I can see why! I had the Buffalo wings, no breading on it....Yay! It was quite tasty. I also got the potato salad, it tasted just how I like it. Everyone in my group loved what they ordered. You can't miss with this restaurant!

The ribs, beans and potatoes salad were great! The day we were there, unfortunately, the turkey, pork and brisket were dry. But we will be back.

We were going to try the wings, but somehow they were already sold out. As a result, We both got a 15 dollar burger which includes fries and had water to drink.

We both thought the burgers seemed pre cooked. I do have pretty high standards and but when he told me he didn't want to finish his, I realized it wasn't just me. Coworker said he couldn't finish it and was just going to take the remaining half home and asked for a box. A different person came to clear the table and tossed it. The waitress was pretty busy and this person was just trying to help. Since he didn't like the burger, it wasn't a big deal, just a compounding factor

Anyways, I didn't get an itemized paper bill. You pay on a portable electronic small device. I definitely take some fault for not looking closer, but somehow my bill was 49 without tip. When I got the device, I just remember seeing the tip percentages in big font and I was shocked, and they started off with much higher % s then I'm used to seeing. I believe 25 all the way to 30%. I manually entered my tip to something more reasonable for 2 $15 burgers.

I'm now wondering why my bill was so high without the tip. I sorta wonder if either we were charged for a different table or this place has some crazy additional service fees. I wasn't given a paper receipt so I couldn't review it all. Again, def partly my fault for not examining it closer, but the math isn't adding up.

Who would have thought the absolute best wings would be in Florence! The PB&J wings and spicy peach wings are amazing and I'm not usually big on different flavors. The fact that wings are smoked for 6 hours and then fried to order makes them moist and crispy...to die for!! Service is incredible. Ashley was so friendly and attentive and felt like family. Super clean and great atmosphere. We drove down from North Scottsdale and every mile was worth it. We'll be back!!

I've never felt compelled to write a review (because everyone knows how great the food is, they don't need to hear it again from me) but last night we came during the Friday night rush and the wait was minimal, the service was awesome as always (thanks Jess!) but I watched Kyle (who I assume was off/enjoying his own meal) but while doing so he's bussing tables, running food and drinks, seating guests, it was very cool to watch and see his passion with the business. Also the ranch is 100/10!

Great BBQ burger that was prepared a bit differently! The hamburger, which started life a tri-tip grind, was then smoked to perfection and finally grilled. It was fantastic! The BBQ beans were some of the best I ever have had. The service was outstanding and Jess took time to explain the menu items in detail. Don’t forget to try the complementary pork rinds, much appreciated! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last!

We went there tonight for the first time and the bbq was spectacular... the fresh pork rinds were out of this world I bought a bag to bring home along with their banana pudding also outstanding. The best part of the experience was our server Jess K. She was absolutely fabulous! Can't wait to go back and try the ribs since they were out by the time we arrived. If you live in the east valley this place is a must try!

I’m leaving this review because this is the best darn barbecue I’ve ever had. The store is clean. The service is friendly. The food is delicious and I only gave atmosphere four stars simply because the restaurants just not big enough to fit everybody that wants to eat there, especially on a Friday night it’s just exceptional and the owner is pretty funny too, if you’ve ever seen his videos
