The Ribeye steak sandwich was the best. So delicious.
Decent for a Quick Bite, But Not My First Choice
My first night at the casino, I skipped room service and tried the Market instead since the buffet line was super long and barely moving. I grabbed some chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies from their small hot bar. The food was actually really good—but it was packed carelessly and leaked all over the inside of the bag they put my carry out in… and onto the oatmeal cookie I bought for my mom. Gravy and cookies don’t mix.
The next morning, we got iced coffees from the little Starbucks there. The guy was nice, but he told me an iced mocha and an oat milk latte were the same thing… they’re not. I had to make sure there was no chocolate in mine. The drinks were okay—pretty basic, at Starbucks is, and super milky.
The Market is busy and convenient, but if I eat there again, I’d just sit and eat instead of taking it back to my room. For better food, I'd recommend room service or the buffet (if the line isn't crazy).
Terrible food and service.
Food was amazing for the price. We had a breakfast plate that included scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes and roll. The best value for eating here.
We celebrated a birthday at Ember, and had an amazing evening. The food was fantastic, the drinks were outstanding, and the service and ambience were wonderful as well. Our server, Alyssa, went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. If you're looking for a superior fine dining experience, we highly recommend this restaurant!
Ember's is one of our favorite restaurants. Always offers high-quality food, beautifully prepared and served by some of the most well trained and competent servers in the valley. We always look forward to our next visit.
Ember is a wonderful experience. We had the rack of lamb and filet. Both were magnificent. Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes to round it out. Chef prepared a special to die for foie gras that my partner inhaled. His favorite. He thought the lamb was best he ever had. We had an ice cream desert that looked liked clouds and a creme brûlée that I inhaled since he can't eat eggs. The management and staff are the best. Thomas and Ben and Richard: thank you for a beautiful and personal evening.
Wonderful dinner for our date night(s) and any special occasion. There was a 50th birthday celebration in the restraint when we were there, and they looked like they were having a special time with three tables involved. In the area of the restaurant that did not disturb any of the other diners. A class act.
The food was delicious as always. Our server was fairly new and may need some additional training. We ordered cocktails and told hime we were in no hurry, but was back within minutes to take our order. So we ordered a salad and steak. Got the salad instantly, and tried to slow the process down, but the steaks were already ready. He didn't ask about alergies, so when the amuse bouche arrived I asked it was gluten free, which it wasn't. Our friend ordered wine, but he brought a Chardonnay instead of Pinot. It was just not as relaxed as we would've liked. The details are only to provide input, not being nit-picky...
The service was very attentive and excellent. Our server had excellent knowledge of the menu and made great suggestions. The food was flavorful and a highly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

Embers is our go to restaurant in the valley for consistent excellent food, wine, and service. Ask to be seated towards the back unless you have a large party. It can be a bit noisy up towards the front.
Frenchy, our waiter is the best your restaurant is thumbs up. I had a 20 ounce ribeye excellent I can't wait to enjoy Frenchy's present as a great waiter and the food next month or maybe you can cut my dinner and I'll come back earlier. Thanks again a satisfied customer, Michael Blue
We have been to Ember in the past and were not disappointed that we went again. The service is usually very good and we received a lot of table touches this time too. Was a little disappointed that our server presented the check without reviewing it first. We were charged for 3 bottles of wine, but only had 2. It was quickly resolved though and the rest of the experience was very nice.
I can't believe we haven't tried Ember sooner. Well, maybe it was because it is located in a casino, but inside the restaurant is a world of its own. The atmosphere was elegant and the piano player is great. Very nice vibe. We were treated to a complementary glass of sparkling wine because it was our first visit and our anniversary. We had a drink at the bar (wonderful blood orange margarita) and the bartender was skilled and pleasant. Wait staff was professional, courteous and very friendly. You do not pay extra for bread which is nice since it seems it is an add-on for many upper scale restaurants. Rosemary focaccia was very good. We both had filet mignon. The cut of meat was high quality and tasty but both of us felt our pieces were overcooked for what we ordered. I asked for a slightly pink center and the waitress recommended medium well. There was no pink at all - brown throughout. I usually don't order by categories like medium or medium-well as it seems different cooks/restaurants have different ideas of what that means. So I did expect a little pink in the center. But having said that, the steak tasted very good. We were treated to a wonderful, rich heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake that was delicious and decadent. We also got a wonderful piece of candy - chocolate covered caramel which was out of this world. They do make them in-house. We will definitely revisit.
Restaurant was full so it was very loud with conversations and then they tried to up the volume on the entertainment...made it hard to have a conversation. Everyone had filets, most were ok, my medium filet was more of a medium well but flavor was excellent. Staff and friendliness were spot on.
