What an amazing and refreshing place. Food is spot on delicious 😋 Service is friendly and what you'd hope for but don't necessarily get in other places. Worth a drive.
Very busy and we had a large group. They were amazing, all the meals came out together and each of us enjoyed our entries. The portions were perfect size with great presentation. We are looking forward to going back tomorrow.
We had breakfast at D Place yesterday. Because I'm not able to eat alot I shared my husband's BIG breakfast so I asked for a extra plate. They charged 1.00 for a extra plate. Our waitress was less than personable also. She was clearly there for the paycheck. When we were done and paying our bill I mentioned the additional charge for the plate because this is the 1st I've ever heard of that. She said ya! Because of her lack of customer service I told her that we wouldn't be back....read full review

Based on the reviews, D'Place Cafe | Off Route 66 is an older establishment that offers very welcoming people and great service. The food is tasty, satisfying, and delicious, like mom’s cooking. The biscuits and gravy are not skimpy on the gravy, and the food quality is spot on. The service is friendly, efficient, and outstanding, with a super duper off the bench team. The atmosphere is beyond measure, and the hospitality is outstanding. The establishment and bathrooms are clean, with very reasonable prices on the menu. It is located in a congested and convenient area with accessible parking. This is a dam good spot to get a breakfast fix, and a great route 66 road trip stop.
