El Encanto de la Fuente effortlessly pairs a postcard-perfect garden setting with some of the most satisfying, flavor-packed Mexican food in town. Between the soothing sound of the waterfall, the stellar service, and the unbeatable Pollo Fundido, it is a Fountain Hills treasure that warrants repeated visits.
Lovely patio, YUMMY margaritas (literally the best we have ever had), great chicken quesadilla and tortilla chips (served with three different salsas), and we loved our waitress (and bartender) Sherry - super friendly. We will be back very soon!
I went here with my boyfriend recently and our server was a young man named hunter and the service was phenomenal. He jungled bartending along with bussing and being our server extremely well.
