A little problem filling gallon bottles, because the steam is a bit wide. But they have drinking water, alkaline water, and RO water, available.

I stopped by water and ice today and got the BEST customer service!! They stopped what they were doing to answer my questions, tell me about the process and I got to sample the water. The water and ice tasted amazing. This will be the only place I get my water from. Thank you for your help and kindness!

Not much to say other than the folks here are nice and friendly and this is a convenient place to refill my water containers. Maybe I'll grab a scoop of ice cream here next time!

This place is ridiculous. There isn’t one week that goes by that they don’t modify their hours. You just drive by one day to get your water and all of a sudden you just see that it’s closed. Nothing online to indicate that the hours are closed. It’s just whenever wherever. Whatever day of the week whatever mood strikes them they just shut down and it’s really annoying. The owner does not seem to understand how many people in Fountain Hills she’s actually pissing off with his nonchalant way of doing business. It’s really annoying and Inconsiderate to people that work all week.

Yeah, so there’s outdoor vending options but I don’t want to use those because I don’t know who has rubbed God knows what, all over those dispensers in the middle of the night or outside of business hours when no one‘s watching. May sound a little far-fetched, but it’s actually not, and it shouldn’t be my default option just cause they want to change their hours whenever they feel like it with no regard for their clientele.

Very hospitable customer service. Christina and her staff are the best and very accommodating.

Great little place. The owner is sweet too. We get our water, ice and ice cream from here. Next time you are in the area stop by for a cone. So good!! The prices here for everything are reasonable as well.
