Surprised by the somewhat low average rating. Ate breakfast here this morning and it was phenomenal. Service was quick, food was damn good. Got the country fried steak and eggs benedict. Both were bomb. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Eagle mtn golf, closed fir the week to resod. Manager recommended I check out Georgie's. Nice pick. Omelette crispy by the Martha French standard. Slightly toasty in diner speak.
A local fav with genuine service and a short jaunt to the fountain. Disco! 110 in the shade, 104 in the splash zone, careful under foot!

Place was clean and servers were nice. I have only eaten here once, breakfast. To the owner, I HIGHLY recommend that omelettes be made in a pan. Your omelettes are obviously cooked on a flat griddle which totally ruins it. The omelettes turn out flat, thin and rubbery. Try it out and compare.
