We’re always looking for new places to take our winter visitors so we decided to try Trilogy in Eagle Mountain. The atmosphere was high end, the food was wonderful, and the service attentive without being overbearing (thanks Christine). In addition, the wine list offers a great selection of all varieties with a wide range of prices. Needless to say, we will be back. We highly recommend this restaurant’
Trilogy is an AMAZING addition to the Fountain Hills dining scene! We’ve dined there several times and have tried almost everything on the menu—and NOTHING disappoints.
Richard is an absolute master in the kitchen. Dennis is a fun and incredibly knowledgeable sommelier, and Johnathon makes the BEST martinis in the Valley! The entire team, from the hostesses to the servers and support staff, is consistently friendly, courteous, and professional.

We visited Trillogy yesterday for dinner, and what a wonderful experience! My boyfriend took me there, and we both loved it. ❤️
I ordered the scallops, and they were absolutely delicious—honestly, some of the best scallops I’ve ever had. My boyfriend had the steak, and it was excellent as well. We finished our dinner with dessert, and it did not disappoint either!
