Such a great dinner spot — and I don’t even golf! The live music made the atmosphere really fun and relaxing. We started with the street corn dip and a house salad with their homemade white French dressing, which was honestly amazing. Our table had the arrachera steak, pork chop, and blackened salmon with green chili mashed potatoes and green beans, and everything was delicious. Great atmosphere, great views. Food is good and prices are reasonable. Bar food options as well as slightly better options for dinner. Service is great. They seem to have live music every evening which makes for a fun atmosphere. If you are staying at Adero resort it is about a 3 minute drive and frankly a much better option that the in house restaurant.
The staff went out of their way to make our dining experience great. I highly recommend this restaurant! Also, the view of the golf course and mountains was very relaxing and beautiful.
