Was at Banner University ED on October 6th. Tried to purchase a drink, swiped my card three times thinking a drink that was lodged would fall and I’d get two drinks for the price of one. Guess what, was charged three times. I spoke to a lady that runs “your front desk” said I’d get reimbursed for all three charges when I never received my drink from your broken machine. Update the software on your machines so that way this doesn’t happen to any of your future customers....read full review
Edited:I had assumed that they would ignore my posts, but they actually setup a service call and returned the money for me.I would suggest email if there is an issue.Thank you again.

Horrible customer service or there lack of it. Showed up at our facility after years of being with them to take our soda machine away not notice, no communications nothing! Can't get through to a person here is Arizona they use a third party call agency who is just unbearable to deal with as they literally have no control over Ace Vending and are simplying pushing message that are never answered or returned.
