Went to the drive thru at 10:08 pm tonight and waited 10 minutes. No one ever came on to take our order. I parked and went to the door, there were 2 people in there dancing and not working. Waste of time.

I’ve always thought Arby’s doesn’t get the credit it deserves. The prices are a bit higher for fast food, but the quality totally makes up for it. On this visit, I had the crispy fish sandwich with curly fries, and everything was fresh, tasty, and way better than the usual fast food options.

Staff members are not always friendly at this location. The food is fresh and usually prepared well, but 8 prefer not to do business at this location. I visit for an elderly family member who resides close by. I really wish this location had some of the previous staff. Kind and attentive. They placed napkins in the bag and would ask if you needed any sauce, just in case you forgot. They did not hand you your bag of food as they turned their head away. They also said thank you or have a good day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for those in a wheelchair to dine inside.
Order on the app. Was just across the street when I placed my order. Arrived, and food was sitting there ready to go. When I got home, curly fries were ice cold and sandwiches where lukewarm. No napkins or sauces in bag. Extremely dissatisfied 🤢😡
