Some of the best carne asada I’ve had! Everyone is super nice, and highly recommend if you’re ever in Gilbert to enjoy some LULU’s tacos!

Lulu's Taco Shop is a hidden gem in downtown Gilbert with a beautiful atmosphere, friendly service, and ample seating. The food is wonderful, with big portions and a fresh salsa bar. Great shrimp plates with rice and beans are available, and the carne asada torta is very good. The green chile tamale was perfection—moist and cheesy with medium spice. Yummy tamales, chicken and beef/pork, are delicious, as are great carnitas street tacos. The very spicy XXX Taco directly hits the spot. Pastor and Asada tacos with chips and salsa are super delicious, and the cucumber chia drink is great. This amazing family-owned business is better than Barrio Queen down the street.
