Great shrimp plates with rice and beans. Carne asada torta is also very good. Tried the green chile tamale and it was perfection. The tamale was moist and cheesy with the perfect level of medium spice.
We had an order of Pastor and Asada tacos with chips and salsa, super delicious. Staff were super sweet and friendly. We came on a Tuesday where tacos are 1/2 half off would absolutely recommend coming in! 10/10
Lulu’s is a hidden gem in downtown Gilbert. Don’t let the familiar sign fool you; come inside, cool off, enjoy friendly service, and make sure you try the very spicy XXX Taco that directly hits the spot. 🤤 There is a salsa bar and ample seating.
