i have always loved dutch bros but it’s now 2 times in a row that i have gotten the wrong drink. it happens, i know, but it is really frustrating waiting and saving up to go get a treat at the end of the week and it turns out to be completely different from what you wanted. they are always super friendly and i find this location is really quick but honestly i would wait another 10 minutes if it meant getting the order right.
I usually do the drive through, so often times I don't get to go in. The one time I did, I didn't particularly enjoy it just because everyone is so quiet at this location for some reason (customers). HOWEVER the drinks are really good and the service is amazing! At most Dutch bros, I'll usually wait in the line for 20 minutes, at this place the longest I was there was 7 minutes!If you like frozen drinks, you MUST go here, or if you enjoy teas. All around, it's not a bad experience. Got in and out fairly quick. It's definitely a strong team working. Keep it up. However accessibility to get through drive-through and to get to the building itself is awful. I'm not sure why they built it so dumb. Between a downtown main street traffic and it spilling into the road, I would avoid this one unless on foot or bikes.
