The pho broth and noodles seem to be going down hill. Still the same vibe and service seems a bit better with a new round of employees, but the pho is just loosing my interest. I’ll drive further for better going forward.
Food was ok. My grandson liked the chicken pho but the chicken was dry. He said the boba was old too since it was dry & chewy. I had the spring rolls, they were ok. Lots of iceberg lettuce in them which was unexpected. Stay away from the lemonade, it tastes like chemicals.
