Lively atmosphere. Friendly staff. Food & drinks are not good. I ordered the combination fajitas & was disappointed. The seasoning on the meat was bland; it didn't complement the meat well.

I ordered the chicken chimichanga. The chicken was very dry and a bit hard. I was not able to eat it! My friend ordered the 3 tacos plate, she was only able to eat one.
Our server was very nice and I love the freshness of the guacamole, made right in front you!

We tried Barrio Queen during Arizona Restaurant week 2026.
We were very pleasantly impressed. The food you were given as choices were very good. It was a 4 course meal. The Mexican Street Corn appetizer was very unique and extremely good. The main meal of tacos and enchiladas were also very good. Now, to top off your meal we had their warm Churros and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Their Margaritas were well worth trying too. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed.
