“Re: Gilbert Road and baseline location... Josie's exceptional service turned my Baskin Robbins experience around. Despite my initial frustration with the manager at the Gilbert/Chandler Blvd store, Josie's professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy in taking my ice cream cake order over the phone restored my faith in the brand. She not only corrected the previous mishaps by the manager at a store in which she didn't work, but also apologized for them and their childish behavior. Her dedication deserves recognition and a raise, as she undoubtedly retains customers like myself for Baskin Robbins. In contrast, the manager at the other Baskin Robbins was dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful, refusing to accommodate my request for a strawberry cake order over the phone. Josie's exemplary service stands in stark contrast to such poor management, and her efforts have undoubtedly saved me and many others from abandoning Baskin Robbins altogether.Thank you again Josie!Dr. D“
