I think I found this spot from being recommended by a Phoenix new times article. It absolutely was correct. Delicious. I ordered Sunday and I’ve been eating leftovers since, they are still delicious 2 days later.

I’m gonna say this, sometimes I really hate TikTok and Instagram food influencers. I don’t know if they’re getting paid, or if the restaurant knows they’re coming and makes sure their food is perfect, but every once in a while you end up at a place that just doesn’t match the hype.

This was my second trip to Bing Bistro and the soup dumplings were as good this time as the first time. The edamame with garlic were steamed perfectly and the pork bao buns were authentic.
