Great food, good service. I always hate a place I can’t refill my drink or have to ask for napkins. Put the drink fountain out for customers, make sure the tables have napkins or a spot where you can grab them. Then it would be 5 stars

Too be honest I’ve tried barrio queen, (too fancy) I’ve tried Rosita’s (rice and beans are good but main course is lacking) this place is probably the ONLY Mexican spot I’m going too for Mexican food, absolutely excellent food for price size and taste . No im not a robot nor do I work there it’s just a good Mexican restaurant. Again only place in Gilbert I’m willing to go.

Okay, I would 100% come back to Taqueria Blue Tortilla for the carne asada tacos and that red salsa ALONE. So good. 😮‍💨🔥 The salsa had the perfect flavor AND a good kick of spice.

This place is definitely meat heavy, so just be aware. 😂 I know it sounds funny to complain about too much meat at a taqueria, but that would be my only little critique. The quesabirria was tasty, but the amount of meat kind of overwhelmed...
