The Sushi here is phenomenal 🍣! Price is a little steep but a great place to grab a drunk and some super delicious specialty rolls. The ghost pepper 🌶 wasn't crazy hot little disappointed there still good none the less.

Blue Wasabi is a solid sushi restaurant. The cocktail options are abundant and delicious, the salt and pepper wings were sub-par, but the sushi was obviously the star. Many options with a diverse menu - I think any sushi lover would find something to try. I enjoyed the complex rolls with many parts, but would have enjoyed a few more simplistic options (but they did exist). Service was fast and friendly! Not gonna lie this place was kinda meh. Not somewhere i would go again if I wanted good Sushi. We tried about 6 different specialty rolls, and none of them were anything to write home about.
I think the only redeeming things about this place were the drinks and the blue wasabi.
On Sundays they have 1/2 off all alcohol all day, so Sundays are probably your best bet if you wanted to try this place.
