Blue Wasabi is incredible! The martinis are top-tier, but the sushi is absolute FIRE. You have to get the Marilyn Monroll—the pink soy paper is a vibe and the amount of fresh sashimi inside is insane. Perfectly paired with a dirty martini. 10/10 vibes!💕

By far one of the best restaurants in Gilbert. Service that speaks to the guest. A drink menu that reflects a level of detail put forth to the someone’s experience. Price points on the drinks too that are reasonable without sacrificing quality. Sushi and food menu that no matter what you choose will be off the charts. An atmosphere and environment that leaves you wanting to stay. Theres a reason this place hasn’t gone anywhere over the years.
