Lady that made my smoothie gave me no boba, wrong straw (too skinny for boba) and wrong flavor (no banana in strawberry). When I came back to have the drink which was the wrong flavor all I asked for was boba. She immediately said, 'HE DIDN'T PAY FOR BOBA!". I pointed right at the cashier and she corrected her saying I did pay for it. It was told to get while she was making the smoothie so it's not like they forgot to tell her. Then I sit down and this employee is sitting across from me in the table over and I ask her why she said I didn't pay for boba like instantly without asking the cashier or the person that took my order. She mumbled some nasty words and gave me a gremlin look. No correction or apology.

Ordered donuts got beer delivered. Called store and they said not their problem and to call delivery company. They hire the delivery company and should be responsible to ensure delivery is made.

Was not a fan, we did go in late but the donuts were not fresh at all and the cream cheese on the bagel we ordered tasted super sour like it had not been properly refrigerated. The employees were nice but not nice enough to cover for the lack of freshness of their food.
I love going to this place in the evening. The donuts are delicious. What makes this place nice to visit in the evening (after 7) is that they always give an extra one or two donuts if you order 1/2 dozen or 1 dozen. This place will close in a couple of hours and they have to get rid of the donuts, so the customers benefit!

Really disappointed. I ordered a vanilla cream filled, got home and it was empty. They told me to bring back the donut and they will replace it. I don't have time to be bringing back an empty donut. I just won't be returning there. Lost my business
