Restaurant was closed at 9:45 when they should be open till 10pm. Went to Arby's across the street and they took my order just after 10pm when Arby's closes at 10pm as well.

Ordered their breakfast burrito combo. It came with two. By the time I got to the 2nd burrito it was still super hot. Very tasty sausage with eggs. I would order this again cause it was a great price and delicious. Restaurant was spotless and the man was cleaning every table thoroughly. They had a TV on the wall with funny animal videos playing. Good experience.

Incredibly disappointed with the lunch service, I had to pull around, park and wait 30 minutes for my food which took my entire lunch break. When I took a bite the food was pretty cold as well. Two cookies were not the solution to making me wait that long.

Went here at 8:30pm on a Sunday & they were closed. All the lights off & locked up. Weird bcuz the posted hours say they're open until 10pm. In the past I've had no complaints. The food & staff are always wonderful.

Sadly the BK at Baseline and Stapley has closed. That was my go to location as there was never a line, they were very fast, and they got my order right.I have started going to this location now (which will also be closing as the Heritage District is set to break ground on massive new construction soon which will wipe out this block) on the west side of Gilbert Road.These people, I am not kidding, SCREW UP MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not listen. They ask you to repeat yourself several times AND STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. They need to can all the order takers here in the drive thru. When I get to the window I know the order is messed up as soon as they tell me the amount due. Then what happens? They give you the part of the order they got right and have you pull around front and wait for the rest. Great, half the food has cooled off and the other half is fresh. Looking for a new location with less dense employees.
If you get the food made fresh its actually really good. Just make sure to ask them to make it fresh.

New chicken sandwich tastes bad. Tasted burnt and like it sat in the warmer for hours. Very salty as well. We dont recommend. People not too friendly here either...

Stop being so cheap with ketchup. Been going on forever. I allways order 2 to 3 meal deals I ask for ketchup and they give you get 1 or none. Everytime never fails.
