Today, we traveled from Phoenix to Mesa. During our journey, we decided to stop at Burger King, where we entered and took a seat. Our server, Kayla, attended to us. After placing our orders, we settled in to chat. Shortly after, Kayla approached our table with a tray carrying our meals. Her kindness and professionalism were evident, as she went above and beyond to ensure we received outstanding customer service. We appreciate Burger King for employing such a remarkable individual.

People there look miserable working but that's just burger King company culture . They did everything right and were friendly, just miserable though .The issues I ran into:1) soggy bread2) meat tasted dry3) chicken fries tasted dry , even tasted microwaved texture4) water used for drink machine is either bad or the machine needs to be throughly cleaned .
