New girl is rude! Been a customer for years, don’t think I’ll be back to this location.. also tried to place an online order at 2:15 pm and it wouldn’t accept my order because they were closing at 3:00pm. They don’t accept phone orders because apparently this new girl said “We don’t have a phone “. Come on Burrito express get some customer service to match your good food.

As a breakfast burrito connoisseur, I can not begin to tell you how many breakfast burritos I’ve tried on my search to find the best. When I tell you that Burrito Express’ Breakfast Supreme with Chorizo is the best burrito I’ve ever had. I mean it. I want to scream it from the rooftops. Ran by great people. This is my very favorite burrito spot in the valley. The green chile is amazing. Everything is delicious. It’s hard to not stop every time I drive by lol. The staff is friendly. Service is great and my burrito always comes accompanied by a big smile from the gals behind the counter. Keep it up Burrito Express.

Ordered delivery. 1 shredded beef hard taco1 carne soft taco, 1 red chili burrito, and 1 carne asada burrito.My soft taco came crunchy and was filled with lettuce with very little meat on the outside of the taco. So basically a lettuce taco. My shredded beef taco came the same way. Overall the food was not very good. I would have given it another chance had there not been such a lack of care for my tacos. That just shows that management there is terrible.

If you like hot food, get the the hot otherwise mild is a awesome! Steak potatoes and cheese burrito, STP, so good as well. Great burritos, love these for weekend breakfasts. Only thing is the last 2 times I've ordered, there's these neon green things in the salsa that don't look normal. Can someone tell me what this is? Can't tell if it's a plastic or styrofoam material but really weird.

Their hours show they are open until 8pm tonight. I showed up at 2:57pm and was stopped at the door and told I couldn't go inside because they were closed at 3. 1st it isn't 3 yet and 2nd it shows they are open til 8pm. Been coming to Burrito Express for 20 years and this will now be my last visit. I was looking to get a couple burritos to go but they couldn't even do that even tho they were still open. I saw a couple other groups turned away right after that. Bad employees kill a business. Had been planning to get burrito express for Valentine's Day for the wife. Way to ruin a date with horrible service. Also ironically I had just given them a 5 star review at several locations about 30 minutes before this experience. Have changed them all to reflect this poor experience.
