Outstanding! Food is absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the spectacular service we received! Great job team Gilbert, will most definitely return. Charles, Austen, Miles, and Navea on the shift were amazing! A line to the door when we walked in, was at first weary about how long it may take, but they were blazing! We and everyone else in line were promptly taken care of, and smiles on their faces the entire time. Literally couldn't have had a better experience.
What a pleasant surprise to see Matthew from my Queen Creek restaurant now managing the Cafe Zupas in Gilbert! I am a forever fan of Cafe Zupas and it's great to experience the consistency of quality throughout the chain. Matthew and his staff provided a delicious lunch, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I love this place!

I guess you can mess up a grilled cheese sandwich, who knew? I placed a small online order for pickup and arrived at the scheduled time, yet I ended up waiting another 20-25 minutes. There were five other customers waiting with me. Customer service was virtually non-existent, limited to occasional assurances that the order would be ready soon. The staff appeared very unhappy, and the restaurant was in disarray, tables were sticky and messy, and the condiment station looked like it hadn't been restocked for hours.
This location is always a hit or miss, but more of a miss lately.

There was an issue when placing an order through the app where it didn't charge my card I had entered, but rather pulled an old card number that was not saved in the app to charge. Both managers I encountered were friendly and able to correct the issue in a timely manner and as always the food was made fresh. Thank you Charles & Matthew!

The vegan chicken is filling by itself very tasty but the free points is deceiving because the vegan chicken isn't included in the points. I still had to pay a portion for the vegan chicken sandwich.

I ordered online like normal for curbside pick up. My order was supposed to be ready to pick up at 11:50am. I waited 10 minutes in the car and then went inside. When I went inside they were so backed up on orders. They were short staffed and not in control of all the online orders they had. Very poor service as no one came up and asked if I was waiting and for how long. They were only worried about the people in the line. Finally at 12:30, a girl came around and asked if we wanted a refund.

The food was pretty good so I decided to just order ahead next time… well it’s next time I placed the order at 6:12 and it said it would be ready by 6:23. It’s now 6:52 and still no food. This place has the worst service. I won’t be back at least to this location

Decent sandwich/salad combo for $15. Service was fast and friendly. I had the Pesto Chicken sandwich and the avocado Caesar salad. Both were tasty, and the salad ingredients were fresh. It was enough food that I was satisfied with half, although it can certainly be finished in one sitting. The chocolate covered strawberry was a nice complimentary treat.
