I brought a friend here for lunch today.
She’s never been. The soda/ silverware station was a mess. Tables weren’t wiped down. No napkins, trash everywhere. I was embarrassed.
Granted, it was lunchtime, and then line was long and took a while for it to move.
My friends and I like to come here, and really hope they can focus on cleanliness, and efficient customer service in the future.

Cafe Zupas absolutely exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was easily a 100 out of 10 clean, modern, welcoming, and full of great energy. The restaurant was packed, which is always a great sign, but what really stood out was how fast and efficient the service still was. The team kept everything moving smoothly without sacrificing quality.

I had such a great experience at Cafe Zupas in Gilbert! The food was absolutely amazing—everything tasted fresh and delicious. A huge shoutout to Natalie, who helped me out while I was there. She had incredible customer service and really took the time to cater to my needs and make sure my order was perfect. She made the whole experience even better!
