Ordered through the app and went to pick up my meal. I was a little early from the estimated time of pick up. The woman working the front let me know the food wasn't ready yet and offered me a drink while I was waiting. How kind!
I ordered food online from Café Rio and picked it up without any issues — or so I thought. Once we got home, we realized the dressing for our salad was missing. Frustrated, I drove back to the restaurant to get it sorted out.
As soon as I explained what happened, the employee I spoke with couldn’t have been kinder. She immediately apologized and genuinely asked how she could make it right. She offered me a credit and was incredibly helpful and understanding.

Ugh, why can't they get an order correct? We don't order online and we changed locations in hopes of getting our order correct. My husband was so happy they made the order correct, he didn't noticed they left out the warm mango salsa that is served on the side. He had to drive back for the special salsa that should accompany the coconut shrimp tacos. We LOVE their Coconut Shrimp tacos just wish we could eat them hot sometime. Their food is 5 star when they serve...
