This was not our first visit to Carrabba's, but it was our best. We were immediately seated and greeted by our fantastic waitress, Zaynah. Zaynah went through all the introductory items ( wine, appetizers, drinks, etc.) she left so we could look at the menus. My wife ordered Lasagna and a side salad, I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese with meat sauce and the same salad. We went on a Sunday evening for the Valentines special. Got on the wait list, estimated time of 6:45, waited an additional 10 minutes due to restaurant being short staffed. Our waiter Tristan did a great job of keeping up with the high volume of customers. My lasagna was kinda soggy for my taste, and my fiancé's chicken marsala was a smaller portion than usual. All in all, this was not a typical Carrabba's dinning experience.
