Worst experience ever!! Went with my husband for lunch and was surprised that the place completely empty and there was only 1 lady who was greeting customers/getting them seated and handing orders after about 15-20 mins waiting she greeted us and advised that she will get us seated as soon as possible " when there was No one in the restaurant whatsoever!!" Yet we understand, 3 minutes later we saw one of her peers appeared and they were standing by the entrance counter chit-chatting while we were waiting to get seated!! So we decided to leave as we don't feel welcomed in such a place!!Please make sure to train your server how to server their customers and how to make them feel welcome otherwise you won't stay in business!!

I do not know how is this restaurant rated so high,Went in today for lunch at 3:30 pm, no single customer inside, 1 receptionist, 1 in line for an order pick up.Receptionist took a call for an order, while we were waiting in front of her to be seated. Then asked us for a name to be seated we were a party of 2. We waited for 15 minutes and left the place.No other employes to be seen, dead place.

My wife and I wanted to try a new place. Just hadn’t found the right pizza or spaghetti place. I googled and found Casanova’s and wow what a find!! Tony the owner was amazing, him and his staffs customer service was outstanding! The food was on point. I had the calzone and my wife had the spaghetti. I will only be eating Italian food at Casanova’s from here on out. You have to try this place if you have not already. Thank you Tony for a great dining experience.Rod and Dina

I loved the decor. It feels like a really cool fine dining Italian establishment. Unfortunately, it felt like they were in too much of a hurry appreciate my patronage. The rushed nature of the service caused me to view it as a pricey fast food place. It looks like it could be great. I will be giving them another shot sometime. Maybe they will improve. I'm hopeful. The food was pretty good. The prices were pretty good (if it's a fine dining experience).

I miss this place I have not found a pizza place as good as Casanova Pizza there’s pizza here in New Orleans. The owners and workers are so nice. The brothers are so generous and always donating to us when we have a fundraiser. These folks are very serious about their closing time. We arrived at 8pm, seated pretty quickly, then rushed out by 8:50. Had to ask the busboy to let me finish my last bite of linguini. The place was dark, chairs up, staff waiting at the door at 9pm sharp as we left.Food was tasty, but dinner bread was by request, and we couldn't have a second round because they "would have to get it out of the freezer".

Purchase wings on Saturday the July 17th, 2021. The wings had barely any sauce or any flavor. And the zucchini was ok but over half only had batter all over. The mozzarella sticks were half cold . Also the person on the phone wasn’t the most friendly or gave best customer service. We were all disappointed. To bad this place has gone down hill. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there again.

The guy who owns this place runs a real family business. Talks to his customers and actually recalls your name when you come in.After my first visit, I've gone 3 more times or more. All excellent top level service at the front.Have only done pickup due to this craziness but will eat in eventually!! Saved to my favorites for sure

This place is solid and delicious. The staff were very nice and personable. We felt welcomed and cared for. They gave us garlic knots for being there the first time which was a great start. Then we shared a Casanova pizza (medium was plenty for two people) and a Caesar salad. All was delicious and you can tell they take great care in their food. The pizza crust was exceptional. Wish I would’ve remembered to take a picture of the whole thing but it looked too good and I just forgot.

Great find! Everyone EXTREMELY nice, awesome food and the fact that you can order a (huge) slice how you want it is the best. 1st time going, but will definitely be back!
