we ordered a gluten free lasagna and it was absolutely amazing! anyone familiar with GF pastas know they tend to be chewy, flavorless, and/or cardboard like..not this!! tasted JUST like regular lasagna and my celiac husband was grateful for a normal tasting pasta dish for Christmas eve dinner. thank you Chef Lori!
I booked a private lesson for my 11-year old son who is an aspiring chef. He chose his own menu (halibut, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed zucchini). Chef Lori taught him proper techniques for cutting, how to plate (presentation) and more! Not only was she a great teacher but the food was delicious! I can’t tell you how excited he was for the experience. We’ll definitely be doing more lessons. Thank you!!!!
