went and got food before a 11 showing at Regal. asked to get a beer with my tacos and the cashier said he couldn't sell it to me because he was underage. then I asked if any of the 4 people on the floor were of age and it was still a no.
hmmmm. has to sell but can't sell seems contradicting, should always have someone 21 and up if there is alcohol served from opening to close. food. was great though, the girl packed my tacos like I asked for extra and it was fresh (we did go right after opening at 10:45) first time in years Chipotle gave me an actual serving size for the price.

The rice was soggy, chicken was super dry, hardly anything available. The kids that were working were scraping the food from the bins. The food was cold. I was charged for double steak, when I barely got any steak. I asked if I was charged for double steak, they said yes because that’s what I said. I didn’t receive double steak. The kid working said, we’re all out of steak scraped out less than half a spoon of steak. Waste of $60 worth of food!!!!

The last two times I’ve gone in it’s been around 1pm. The same lady with short hair made my food both times and she refused to put more than one scoop of rice without charging extra. I’ve gotten triple rice many times at many locations and have never been told that I have to pay for extra rice. Then I got extra chicken (which I don’t mind paying for) and she barely put any in there. When I asked for light hot sauce, because the sauce is really hot and over powering, she put a full scoop of it. I’ve had good service here many times, but the lady that helped me out the last two times has been awful

Spent 15$ on a burrito folded into a blob, waste of money
Starting off with the food me and my girlfriend came to get burritos the guy behind the counter gives less then a quarter cup of rice and meat on both of ours. We don't order beans or lettuce so we ended up with the smallest burritos we've ever received from a restaurant.
Secondly when we go to sit down 75% of the tables were trashed and not cleaned up, after sitting down I got up to get napkins and there weren't any to be found my gf went up and asked but no one showed up to restock until another person had gone up and asked.
It would be be one thing if this was just one location on a bad day but it seems that most Chipotle lack a certain level standards. If I'm paying $26 for 2 burritos I expect more then a half cup of contents and a dirty sitting area.

The only thing I can say is the food was on time. I mobile ordered and selected utensils. I picked up my food, got to my location and now I have to leave where I'm at find a convenience store that just happened to have plastic silverware so I could eat it. Also like somebody just threw everything on the line in a bowl. Not to mention it was cold

Horrible service, this Chipotle has gone down the drain. Who ever is in charge of this Chipotle should retrain their employees to provide better customer service. Tonight the employee serving the food (young kid with glasses) grabbed his nose and then started serving without washing his hands. Their serving line is messy and unorganized, I go to different locations and this one is the worse.
