Before we ordered we asked if we could use a free guac coupon with the Halloween $6 burritos, they said yes no problem. So wife and i ordered with guac and we get to the front and they tell us we cant. We say well your employee just told us we could. She gets really rude and says well you cant. So feel like we got screwed out of $6. There is a reason for the low reviews here. Avoid this place

I don’t want to group think here but I completely agree with the other 1 star reviews especially with Angel D. Recently I had the same experience as him with the same worker as well. I placed a mobile order and as I was going inside to pick it up I was greeted with the nastiest look no hi or hello…which I can understand that as I am someone who works in the customer service industry as well..but she was straight up rude. Chipotle please reconsider your employees for better service for the customers.

Friendly staff and I’m know at the location! Makes for a great environment and the workers are very interactive! They all deserve raises in my opinion but amazing location and i recommend to all my friends and family to go to this one specifically!

This place has very ugly attitudes. A kid with black hair, light skin and black glasses was very rude to me when picking up an order. This lady stepped in (in the pic) had my order ready but didn't want to give it to me. It was sitting on the counter and she ignored me. Said she didn't have to to give me the order until she was ready. And if i didnt like it, I can go elsewhere. I've been going to this chipotle since it opened in 2002 and this is by far the worse staff. Get rid of them and get your customers back Chipotle!

Im a regular here. First time getting double meat. Just be aware they charge $7 for double meat. Do yourself a favor and pay the 3 extra dollars and just get two bowls. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food is consistent, more than other locations. I'm not a huge fan of their new carne asada. It was dry and didn't taste better then their regular steak, but I appreciate that they try new things. I wish the rewards added up faster. I go there every week and I don't even get free chips/salsa.
I’ve given this chipotle so many chances because it’s very close to where I live and easy but after this last time I drew the line. The attitudes from everyone is horrible. They barely give any portions at all. One of the guys tried to give me barely half a scoop of rice. This is the absolute worst chipotle around. Will be going to the chipotle a few miles down the road from now on.

So me and my wife thought we take a walk and we go to Chipotle we got the barbacoa bowl you got two of those service suck. The guys were kind of rude. They're digging at the bottom of the vat for the scraps and they were going to service that and my wife said no she wanted fresh meat and the One of the employees looked at her like what am I supposed to do? The other one took charge and went to the other side on the to-go station and got some more meat from there. Service is really bad and the food is getting real skimpy here. I took video of how much meat they gave us and to be honest Chipotle has really gone downhill. They used to give you a crap ton of meat and now it's getting real skimpy. That's not a good way to keep your business or your customers happy. So all in all I give this place about a 1
