I placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. I got home to discover there was absolutely NO chicken in my chicken burrito. I just read the other reviews about skimping on the chicken….they aren’t lying!

Only because a customer orders online and doesn’t look inside the bowl shouldn’t justify that the bowl is only half full!! Prices are getting higher and higher and the portions is only half? If you wanna be cheap use smaller bowls so people don’t notice! Disappointing!

Terrible service and allowed a customer that had nothing to do with our situation to butt in and did nothing about it... overexplained and didn't show willingness to rectify the problem... manager was terrible and didn't not want to give a regional manager's name...

Chipotle is one of the few chains that consistently delivers. You are more likely to receive the same quality and taste every time, you are less likely to get inferior quality or worse, a stomach ache. I opt for bowls and I pick and choose extras depending on their freshness. Most of the time I leave satisfied. I also like how fast the service is 90 percent of the time. Compared to what's out there these days Chipotle is a relatively clean, tasty and trustworthy spot.

It's really good, but it's still fast food and they're charging almost $20 for a protein bowl with extra protein and no drink. It's just not worth what you get. I'd like to go more often, but the prices need to come down before I'll be back.

Yo is everyone okay back there?? No matter how nice you are they don’t grin, They just stare. I felt like I was walking through the wrong neighborhood. Ordered Barbacoa and there was so much liquid that the tongs didn’t really catch any meat . When I asked for a supplemental scoop, I was told I’d have to pay for extra meat. I stated that those were not full scoops, and luckily was not overcharged. It’s irritating having to ask all 3 employees to speak up; all I could hear was mumbling. The lobby was not restocked for the lunch rush. The cook was doing great keeping up with the steam tables, and the online order builders were on top of their game.
