Before I begin, just know that I am not trying to call anyone out nor cause any drama. First, my two friends and I were going to order a burrito bowl, some tortillas, three small fountain drink cups, and some sides to share with each other. As we paid, the cashier told us that our order came out to $41.97. As some regular middle-schoolers, we didn’t think much of it, and paid for our order with CASH as we thought inflation was rising. As we were filling up our drinks, a kid came up to us and asked us, “Did you guys take our burrito?” Not knowing what he was talking about, I said no and checked our bag. Then I saw a burrito that we didn’t order. I told my friends, and then the cashier just took the burrito out of our bag, and didn’t say anything. We then realized that we paid for our order and the burrito. We talked to the kid’s mom and she said that they paid for their burrito also. So, we walked up to the cashier and told her that she charged us for the wrong order. She then says “Yeah, I know.” with the most attitude I’ve ever heard. She then says “Refunds take up to 3-5 business days, and the best I can do is give you a side of white rice.” Not wanting to escalate the situation further, I just took the side of white rice and we left. Let it be known that we paid with CASH, so we should’ve gotten our money back anyways, not to mention the fact that the cashier didn’t help us at all + the food was mediocre. Again, I do not wish to cause any drama, and I am just putting out my thoughts.

This is my favorite Chipotle location. The workers are always so nice and give good portions, I’ve never felt skimped here. The food is always fresh. Today they went above and beyond. One of the men who works there saw that I am currently pregnant and added a free drink to my meal. Such a small act of kindness but it made my day and is just another reason I love this location.

Staff is extremely rude at this location. As seen by recent reviews. The supervisor glared at me when I walked in and was watching the server as they handed out portions in my bowl. I had to ask twice for extra veggies. The cheese and guac portions were also small. I asked nicely to please put the normal amount, when I did this the supervisor watching the crew sighed and glared at me again. Will not be visiting this location again.

Before we ordered we asked if we could use a free guac coupon with the Halloween $6 burritos, they said yes no problem. So wife and i ordered with guac and we get to the front and they tell us we cant. We say well your employee just told us we could. She gets really rude and says well you cant. So feel like we got screwed out of $6. There is a reason for the low reviews here. Avoid this place

I don’t want to group think here but I completely agree with the other 1 star reviews especially with Angel D. Recently I had the same experience as him with the same worker as well. I placed a mobile order and as I was going inside to pick it up I was greeted with the nastiest look no hi or hello…which I can understand that as I am someone who works in the customer service industry as well..but she was straight up rude. Chipotle please reconsider your employees for better service for the customers.
