An absolutely incredible bakery with unique offerings for creating a dessert tray for a dinner party (that included peanut butter mousse cupcakes, millionaire shortbread bars, and salted caramel brownies) that are as beautiful as they are delicious. 6/20/26: definitely want to head back to Great Gadsby. They have quite a large selection and we only bought a few items since we were full from eating breakfast elsewhere.
The staff was friendly, the interior was well designed & clean.
Their savory pastries sounded especially good. I know what to order next visit -- and there will be a next visit.

This placed isn’t talked about enough as a bakery in Gilbert, as some other places currently are. This place is hands down the best around. We almost tried one of everything they had, nothing disappointed. Croissants were flaky, not dry, and flavorful. My favorite is the maple cinnamon roll.
