If I could give zero stars for a place I probably would. We have given this place a few chances. Yesterday, we placed an online order, which the store said they never received. When we went in to order they said they were out of guacamole, and sour cream. I understand if you make the guac how you run out, but how are you out of sour cream? Rice was cold, cheese clumpy, and regular chicken spicy.

We have gone here off and on for many, many years. The one constant, inconsistency. Sometimes it's fairly good and other times it's pretty bad. Last night was one of the worst! Super long line that moved really slowly. After about a 15 minute wait, they were wiped out on a bunch of stuff. They were slowly refilling items, but I had to wait a couple more minutes for brown rice. For it being "fresh", it was soggy and flavorless. Just my luck the guy serving gave me a bunch of that. Veggies only consisted of barely cooked green peppers. I was given two little pieces of barbacoa meat. They were out of sour cream and lettuce. Of course, still charged full price. I think this place has gotten crazy expensive for what you get. To top it all off, both my wife have not been feeling well since eating there.

Came here last week and the sodas in the soda machine were out. Thought we would try it again, big mistake.Food was disgusting. Bone and grissel in the chicken, out of lettuce, guacamole. Garbages were overflowing, tables were dirty and not wiped down, including the workspace. Looked like it had food on the counter from lunch and dinner.I do have to say though that everyone working in front were so kind and doing their best.I would say this store has extremely poor management. Won't come to this location again.

Lol, the chick there right now with a star tattoo on her hand is in such a bad mood, she was actually throwing tortillas on the counter, and throwing lettuce and other ingredients on the tortillas while making them.Apparently her parents didn’t teach her anything about work place professionalism (even if it’s a fast food place). You NEVER bring issues from home or your life to work and take it out on customers or fellow employees.If you hate your job so much, go find an administrative assistant role somewhere or go to a community college and get an actual career.Kids these days…?

came in with a friend who only ordered 3 items in a bowl. worker proceeded to fill a 1/4 of the bowl with said items. friend jokingly yet genuinely asked employee if he would pay $10 for the bleak amount of food in the bowl and employee immediately got defensive and rowdy, raising his voice at her when all she was trying to do was bring attention to the fact that he served her even less than what a child's portion of food would be. hell, i'd even feed my dog more than the amount of food he put in that bowl. after some back and forth, he finally relented and gave her a new bowl with absolutely no apology or refund for the first one.aside from the attitude problem, tons of employees were standing around doing nothing while the food up front clearly needed to be restocked (out of multiple items), no lemonade/aguas frescas in the machines, and only 2 sodas (rest were out of syrup, and dispensing only water).

This location has always had issues but they’ve only gotten worse.Went on Saturday and they had hand written signs up that they had no chicken available. That’s okay things happen with ordering so decided to wait in line. People in front of me kept leaving without food and I could hear some wanted chicken so they must’ve missed the signs. When I finally got to the front to place an order I saw why most had left. They didn’t have any rice and said it would take forty minutes for more to be ready. They had barely any of the other proteins left and what they did have looked rough.Interestingly enough they had the largest number of Chipotle team members I’ve seen in a smaller location. A lot just standing around, one in particular was bagging food while touching his ear and earing constantly. He kept trying to fix it and then return to finishing orders, pretty gross and I couldn’t understand why he didn’t just step away.

Overall great eat, as per usual for chipotle. Always great food, well made and fresh. I noticed the server at this location had a bit of an odd look when I asked for more rice but it really didn't bother me just seemed unprofessional really.

The location was not ideal, and we experienced some issues with the food. Specifically, the rice was undercooked, and we found a big pit in our meal that caused some trouble for my son's braces.

Found some kind of rock/ foreign object in food. Cashier didn’t care when we showed him this object in food. Rice was not cooked properly. Server provided inconsistent portions.Staff is not trained or managed properly. I have experienced better location, so will avoid this one

Very disappointed in the service and quality of food, the employees that we had to deal with that by the way had attitudes, and the mix veggies where 95% onions and the rest was 2 slivers of green pepper, they slopped the food in the bowl, no smiles, no thank you for coming in, I should have walked out, visiting from out of town and we will never eat at that location again, Downtown Gilbert.Vegetarian options: Poor Quality at this location

Simply the worst chipotle I have been too. We got in line around 7 and they were out of chicken for 5 minutes. No problem. We waited and it was nice and hot. Gentlemen putting together the orders was great but unfortunately that was the end of the good news. Stood at the register waiting to be rang up for the meals. 3 workers in the back were on their phones laughing and goofing off while we just stood there. Finally the gentlemen that helped us out yelled at them for the second time and he slowly walked up and rang us up.Got over to the soda machine/ condiment area. A complete disaster. 2 sodas were out of order and no ice in the machine as well. This was about 3 hours to close still and they had none of the specialty lemonades/limeades available. Zero napkins were stocked, everything else was very low. The trash was overflowing, about 75% of the tables were dirty. Seems like customer service isn’t even on their radar, as well as cleanliness. It’s evident that they don’t care one bit about your experience, or their job as a whole. 3/6 employees were actually doing their job, as the owner you could basically be saving half the labor for the same amount of work. There are way better chipotles around. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to a different one.
