I had the most amazing service when I visited. I think her name was Maddy. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or what but she was so sweet and I had so many questions and she didn’t make me feel rushed or anything and helped me pick out the best cookies. I will be back for sure.
Emily made our visit to Chunk Cookies an absolute pleasure! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and incredible customer service. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The cookies were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious, but Emily’s positive attitude and professionalism really made the experience stand out. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about their customers....
I recently visited the store to inquire about a large order of cookies for a party I am hosting. The staff ( Brooklyn and Bella) were exceptionally friendly and more than helpful with all of my questions. The sugar cookie I sampled was amazing. I will definitely be placing my order for my Dad’s Birthday celebration. I will also will be back to buy cookies often !
