Einstein Bros. Bagels

TJ is the BEST!!!! I walked in the store kinda in a hurry, I asked the employee how long should my order be, he stated “about 10 minutes” TJ heard our conversation from a back room, hurried out and said “I got your order” I was actually shocked as that kind of customer service does not exist anymore. Thank you so much!!!

A bakers dozen and none of the cream cheese for a special event first thing in the morning. Very disappointing.

I really like Einstein! The food is good, the quality is high, about half of their coffee options are great imo. However, no matter what location I go to, they haven’t gotten my order correct. I’ve asked for the Nova Lox brunch special, and they always forget the muffin & hash brown. I don’t think it’s a common item, so I don’t think it’s the worker’s fault, however it would be nice to not have to walk back up and fix it every time.

A must try place to eat.

It was our first time there. We went for breakfast. The order taker was very unpleasant . We went through the drive thru and I was disappointed with the experience. Prices were very high for what we were getting, but the food tasted good.

Went through the drive thru, got our order - 1 cheese bagel and 3 asiago bagels all toasted.

Checked our bag - it was a pepperoni pizza bagel which is wrong, and all 3 of our bagels were pitch black burnt.

I went in politely, said "I hate to be this person but order was wrong / messed up" showed them. Their response was "So what do you want?"

I asked for a remake, and for our bagels to not be pitch black burnt please.

Got our bagels bag, it wasn’t even barely toasted, little cream cheese on them , out of retaliation to me asking for a remake. I know this because the burnt ones were smothered - so the employees definitely aren’t the best.

Bagel Nosh is a bit down the road, but the service, taste, and quality of the bagel is so much better. Not to add they are larger in size and significantly cheaper in price. I'd go anywhere but here for a bagel. Shoot I'd even go to starbucks for a bagel over this location

This location is suffering from some service issues lately. All I ordered today was a hot coffee and 2 bagels, 1 toasted, 1 not toasted. The order was taken correctly and the cashier confirmed. I get home and what do I have? 2 un-toasted bagels.

This kind of thing happens regularly.

I also wasted a lot of time waiting for my incorrect order because it was ready and just sitting on the counter but nobody called my name. I would have heard it, I didn't go anywhere I was standing right there the whole time!

This is just my latest experience, but I regularly have problems with the service. 2 bagles and a coffee should take 5 min, in and out.

The checkout was jammed up with customers with large orders which didn't help.

Busy but not too busy! I saw a lot of stuff going in the microwave. Everyone seemed a little depressed. Like they were sad that they were running so far behind! When my order was finally ready, it was cold. I will still order from here but I'd really like the owner and manager to know that sad employees and poor products just don't go very well with current society norms. You can do better. People deserve better.

Worst service ever. Staff are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Went to pick up an order and saw everyone that ordered after me get their order first. When I brought it to their attention, they did nothing at all other than continue to ignore and continue to fulfill orders of those that ordered after me. My order was small. No excuses. Never coming back here.

I ordered through Uber. The food was warm at arrival and was tasty. There was a mix up concerning my delivery. This location made my order without any difficulty.

Awesome bagels and cream cheese as always. I would steer clear of the flavored coffee though it was the worst coffee I've ever had. I had to throw it away after a few sips and I really needed coffee this morning
