It does the trick. The drive thru servers are clearly rushing. If they take a second to listen closer rather than go through their rehearsed script to communicate, the service would be better and faster.

Gotta say, I love me some Einstein Bros. I always get the Country & Bagels Gravy Sandwich and it's hands down the best breakfast sandwich ever. My only complaint about the food is the nastyyyyy bacon you all use. It's always so undercooked, chewy, and tough. Also, the employees always seem annoyed when I pick up my sandwich. Today there was one girl who was standing on her phone, didn't even acknowledge me. A girl working the drive thru came over to give me my food. I'll always be back but that's just my two cents.

Couldn’t read the menu very well and the lady taking my order was really patient and read off the menu for me. Food was really good.

Called ahead and did a brunch box and it was ready in 15 mins! Amazing service over the phone and in person. Only bummer was tipping option was set at $3.00 max which is really weird IMO. Management you gotta fix that. The box was a hit & will definitely order again.

TJ is the BEST!!!! I walked in the store kinda in a hurry, I asked the employee how long should my order be, he stated “about 10 minutes” TJ heard our conversation from a back room, hurried out and said “I got your order” I was actually shocked as that kind of customer service does not exist anymore. Thank you so much!!!

A bakers dozen and none of the cream cheese for a special event first thing in the morning. Very disappointing.

I really like Einstein! The food is good, the quality is high, about half of their coffee options are great imo. However, no matter what location I go to, they haven’t gotten my order correct. I’ve asked for the Nova Lox brunch special, and they always forget the muffin & hash brown. I don’t think it’s a common item, so I don’t think it’s the worker’s fault, however it would be nice to not have to walk back up and fix it every time.

A must try place to eat.

It was our first time there. We went for breakfast. The order taker was very unpleasant . We went through the drive thru and I was disappointed with the experience. Prices were very high for what we were getting, but the food tasted good.
