Einstein Bros. Bagels

We received our order missing a bagel. They gave us the order back and the other bagel was completely wrong and nothing my husband or I would eat. It’s too expensive to mess up twice. After waiting for so long for our food and then getting home only to be disappointed that’s it’s not what I ordered.

i promise you guys, i had no malicious intent when i came into this location earlier today, closer to closing time. my gf and i picked up our online order in the drive through at first. we were handed our food first and then the two drinks. the person at the window handed them to her and only said “have a nice day”. before heading off, i told my gf to wait to see if they’d come back to the window because it was weird to me that we were handed what was supposed to be two different drinks and weren’t told which was which (and there were no labels on them as a sticker or sharpie marker). even after waving to try to get their attention again, no one came back to the window. so i went inside with both drinks and said, verbatim, “i’m just a little confused why you guys would hand us two different drinks and not say which was which”. again, i was not trying to be any type of way… i just wanted to drink the correct drink of mine. the person immediately snapped back that they were “both chais”… so i say “well, no, one was supposed to be a regular vanilla latte”. they went to AGAIN try to claim i was wrong, even though i had the order on my app and email confirmation both pulled up, but in the middle of their own sentence they noticed they were wrong and then finally apologized. it just… didn’t feel genuine. like why are you trying to tell me i was incorrect in the first place when i had the proof on my phone that i was right? they took one of the chais back, which isn’t even food handle safe practices, and shittily remade the actual coffee drink. then, when i got back in the car and started to eat, i noticed my bagel sandwich was made with a straight poppyseed bagel and not an everything one like i ordered it with. i understand i ordered close to close so the everything bagel may have been out, but i was not informed about the switch to my bagel choice and it tasted like absolute nothing which was a huge disappointment. i don’t think i’ll be coming back to this location.

The food was ok, but it didn't seem quite right, and they took my order without even looking at us. We had to tell them we weren't done ordering. The chairs and tables have no leg room whatsoever and my brother kept accidentally kicking me in the leg. The food took forever even though we were like the only family there

Its been a few months since I've been here... but always enjoyed getting a cinnamon roll. They definitely changed the recipe or where they get them. It literally tastes like stale bread with icing on top and zero cinnamon flaver. Super disappointed! Wasted money, in the trash it goes.

I have been coming here for this location for years and I noticed that the bagels have reduced in size, I took a break for awhile as when the bagels started to shrink the prices went up. I understand prices have gone up but $10.28 for a half dozen bagels and they are smaller than what you would get at fry's, I come here to have good bagels and do not mind the $10 bucks if the bagels are good size. I tried it again recently and felt the bagels have gone back to the original size. The last two times I have come I have noticed that the bagels have been shrinking again. Almost every time they ask me do go through the tipping questions when I pay with my debit card, today when I went there they did not ask me. When I checked my back account it showed $11.28, I know the price of a half dozen bagels is $10.28 with tax, I was not asked about tipping, so they person just added the dollar tip themselves? It is only a dollar but it was not a dollar I agreed to pay. This is not the only review that states the bagels have shrunk. This location used to be real busy and not so much anymore, these kind of things might be why.

The flavors were outstanding.

It does the trick. The drive thru servers are clearly rushing. If they take a second to listen closer rather than go through their rehearsed script to communicate, the service would be better and faster.

Most amazing staff and clean store. Very friendly and upbeat. 10/10 would eat here again. If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should grab a bite just do it already!

Gotta say, I love me some Einstein Bros. I always get the Country & Bagels Gravy Sandwich and it's hands down the best breakfast sandwich ever. My only complaint about the food is the nastyyyyy bacon you all use. It's always so undercooked, chewy, and tough. Also, the employees always seem annoyed when I pick up my sandwich. Today there was one girl who was standing on her phone, didn't even acknowledge me. A girl working the drive thru came over to give me my food. I'll always be back but that's just my two cents.

Couldn’t read the menu very well and the lady taking my order was really patient and read off the menu for me. Food was really good.
