It breaks my heart to say this because I love Coffee Rush — the Ray Rd Chandler location is my go-to three times a week and it’s always squeaky clean, uplifting, and full of energy. Unfortunately, this Mesa location is not the same.
First, if you plan to meet a client here, think twice — they will not allow you to wait inside without ordering. Many business people know we can’t submit multiple receipts for a single meeting, so 114 heat, I had to go outside to wait for my client.
The coffee itself is good and quickly prepared, but without the heart and hustle I’ve experienced at other locations. And honestly, I’d recommend closing for two days to do a thorough, deep clean. This location could shine if it matched the cleanliness, warmth, and service standards the Coffee Rush name is known for.
