Food was fantastic and service was great. Server made several really good recommendations and was very helpful. They have a wonderful wine selection and offer a wine club enrollment. This would be a great place for meetings, social events and date night!

Jade was exceptional! Food was fabulous! I was very impressed with the gluten free menu and we had the Shiraz from Australia. Will definitely be back!

We had the luxury of Karyn serving us again. Thank you for an amazing services crew. Everyone was working side by side on a busy Sunday evening. Kudos to the team.

Coopers Hawk is an outstanding restaurant! No matter what the occasion. Excellent wines and AMAZING food!

First time unfortunately that I have been here. Where have I been??? Food was great, server was great, reasonable priced. To top off you can ask for 2 wine tastings. This was meal with friends before we moved out of town. Hopefully there is a Cooper Hawk where we move to.

Extremely disappointed with our service today. Arrived on time for our reservation and were told we would be seated in a few minutes. We also had two infants and a toddler with us and were wrangling them for a bit before we asked when we would be seated (multiple parties who arrived after us were already seated). Rudely told by the hostess that they were waiting for the rest of our party. Never had that issue at the Chandler location and were not told this when we checked in either. At that same time we had a family emergency and several people in our party were unable to make it. I let the hostess know our party was smaller now and that we had children we would like to have seated if possible. Hostess was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that we were asking to be seated. Didn't even make eye contact. We were finally seated and hoping more people in our party could make it but they ended up not being able to, which we told our waitress. She was very kind and helped make our experience a little better. Food was mediocre-my husband had the chilaquiles which were cold and soggy. Also made note on the reservation that this brunch was to celebrate my husband who is a Marine Corps veteran. There was no mention of this the entire service. Overall we are incredibly disappointed, especially considering this was our first time at the Gilbert location. While it's closer to us, the Chandler location has much better service and quality food. Too bad.

Great dining experience as always. Had one of the special - butternut squash ravioli with lobster, shrimp and scallops. Did not disappoint ! Loved it so much I ordered 2 more to go for family at home to enjoy too! The wine tasting bar was busy as usual but was still fun. Happy to have the seasonal mulled wine. Til next time!

Had a super rough start with our initial server. She was not what we have typically experienced. When she rolled her eyes at my wife's menu question, I asked the GM for a different server. Jake came and saved the day. We were there to show our future daughter-in-law where we hoped to hold her rehearsal lunch. Even before the server rolled eyes, her comment was, "If this represents their typical service, I'm not impressed." We waited over 10 minutes to be greeted, and from there it just got worse. Once Jake took over, we experienced what we are accustomed to as wine club members. We enjoyed a great time and the food was excellent. We will be having our rehearsal lunch here in March.

Consistently good food and service. My go-to drink is an Old Fashioned and their PBJ Old Fashioned is one of my favorites.

We did not get the quality of food or service this time that we are accustomed to at Cooper's Hawk. I had made reservations for a booth in a quiet location for my husband's birthday & hostess started to seat us at a table right next to a busy walkway. I reminded her that we had requested a booth, but she told me we couldn't have the one we were standing next to because she would be seating a larger party at that booth. She asked if we could wait about 10 minutes for another booth to become available, then were finally seated right next to a table of 4 (fairly tight quarters & quite loud). There was an entire row of empty booths at the back of the restaurant. I guess those were off limits. We had to ask our waitress 3 times to get lemon for our water. We had to ask our waitress if truffles were still complimentary for a birthday. We asked our waitress to apply the $15 birthday credit we had coming & she did not. She charged the entire amount to our credit card. Then after adjusting it, she said the credit for the first charge should show up in a few days (as she had already processed the charge, even without a signature or tip being added). My husband & I are creatures of habit & always order the same thing. He orders the pretzel coated pork chop with a glaze & I order the salmon. The breading was coming off his pork chop & there was no glaze, just a sauce over the top. His broccolini was tough. My salmon & Asian slaw was good, but not great like it usually is. Slaw was soupier than normal. Our bottle of wine was great!!

Went to Coopers for what we thought was going to be a Sunday Brunch. Turns out that they have a separate menu in addition to the regular menu served in the main dining room. That's not what I would've expected for Sunday brunch. Service was mediocre and food was not much better. It took close to 30 minutes to receive our lunch. Had to constantly remind the waiter of the missing items that we initially requested. Waiter was not properly trained for service. Service in the wine tasting room wasn't much better. The server was more interested in having conversations with other people than providing service to us. It's going to be some time before my husband and I return.
