I tried this for the first time after my workout, amazing protein loaded yogurt bowl. Outstanding taste, service, and it hit the spot. Highly recommend!

Incredibly disappointing experience this morning! My sister and I placed mobile pickup orders, which hadn't even been started by the time we arrived at the end of the pickup window. When walking in, there were no employees at the front. In a rush, 3 employees burst out of the back of the store. I mentioned we had online orders, and the employees grabbed the receipts that had printed and started working. The 3 employees seemed flustered (unsure why, we were the only customers and the store hadn't even been open a full hour) got to work on our bowls without saying another word. I noticed that not a single employee washed their hands before starting our bowls, and none of the employees wore gloves. I am sure the owner will come back and say that their hands were freshly washed in the back of the store, but I am not buying it. I watched the employee stick her fingers into the bowl to adjust the fruits, STILL NO GLOVE OR HANDWASHING. I was grossed out at this point, and mentioned the issue to my sister. The vibes were off in the store and we chose not to press the issue. The employees making our bowls seemed confused, frequently stopping to ask questions towards the other employees. In the end, 3/4 orders were made correctly. 4th order (my order) was completely wrong. We did not notice this issue until we sat down to eat our bowls at the park. The acai was also meh, and we could taste that it was freezer burnt. Save your money. We will definitely not be coming back.

Edit: Just read some of the other low reviews for this company. WOW! Whoever writes these replies has issues. So inappropriate and bizarre (this was years ago, so hopefully that has changed)! I am very interested to get a reply from Culture Clash, I think that how a business treats a customer (during good and bad experiences) tells you a lot about their company values.

I'm OBSESSED! Seriously, so good!

This place is a complete hidden gem! They have a variety of high quality local products and that doesn’t even include the yogurt. Their yogurt is on another level.. So delicious with some amazing topping choices.. I’m almost afraid to leave a review because I don’t want them to change.. service is great also.. Some of the yogurts do have added sugar so not completely guilt free but so delicious 😋
