I've been here twice, and this Cupbop would taste better if it was busy. Anything that comes off of the line up front was cooked hours ago and has cooled significantly, relying on their hot rice (sometimes stale) to warm up your fixings. And for the price, the novelty doesn't encourage enthusiasm.

Oh my garsh what a fantastic meal that was had at this amazing establishment. I decided yesterday to indulge in the mouthwatering 🤤 food that is Cupbop. I ordered the Krunch Bop that was FABULOUSLY crispy and had the most amazing flavor. My taste buds bursted into a dance as the flavors swept across my tongue. The kindest employee took my order. A young man with brown hair happily took my order and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. Love him! The atmosphere of this restaurant...

Very welcoming and patient, took the time to figure out what order I would actually like. They played good Korean music and the food was seasoned perfectly. All around pleasant and easy experience. I didn't catch the gentlemen’s name who helped is but he was perfect.

Dietary restrictions: My girlfriend has gluten intolerance and we were shown several gluten free options Including Fried Chicken. Plus All of their sauces are gluten free.
